As part of the construction management team at Tishman AECOM; i was entrusted with a creating bid documents to get the GMP for the project led by Ian Schreger, in collaboration with the esteemed design team from Herzog De Meuron Architects. My involvement commenced during the design development and value engineering phases. Throughout this process, my responsibilities included engaging with ownership, coordinating with consultants, and working closely with the design team to refine our plans into something truly exceptional.

I took a leadership role in gathering valuable insights from local subcontractors and trade partners. This collaborative effort aimed to align our project with the client's budgetary constraints while upholding the highest design standards. The cooperative spirit and dedication exhibited by all parties involved in this endeavor were greatly appreciated.

Ultimately, we successfully procured and expedited the construction of the building, ensuring it adhered to the predetermined timeline. This meticulous planning and execution strategy aimed to bring the property to market precisely as scheduled.
