Leading the design, engineering, material procurement, and fabrication on this project has been rewarding because of the excellent team we had to work with.

At the early design development stages of this project we where asked to include a AVB sheet and tie the building back to the system all while having a 3/4" perimeter gap. We obliged and sourced a profile that would be installed behind the brick in the wall cavity, and all that is needed as a small added step in the sequence of installation between the carpenter, bricky, and window install. Our drawings where coordinated with adjacent trades and since we had such detailed shops they became the bible for the other trades to install there work! #Shopdrawings.

All in all this was an exciting high level project with high level people. Turner as the CM, HGA design, Schuco extrusions and Cherry Hill install.
